Shipping of Orders
Time to Ship
The Wargaming Company ships most orders the same or following business day though delays may occur, particularly around holidays and convention events. Should your order not appear to ship for an extended period of time, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
All orders are shipped with tracking and tracking numbers are provided via e-mail upon the postage for the order being processed. If you did not receive a tracking number for your order, please check your e-mail’s spam/junk mail but know that you may also contact us by phone (1-612-840-2569) during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM central time) or e-mail to request it.
Returns & Exchanges
Once The Wargaming Company has verified the product(s) is defective, the product(s) may be refunded or replaced at The Wargaming Company’s discretion.
The Wargaming Company does not generally offer exchanges for non-defective product once it has shipped. Customers who wish to return a non-defective product must notify The Wargaming Company within 7 days of delivery. The Wargaming Company will then be provided instructions for return. Any return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product(s) is received by The Wargaming Company and it is verified to be complete and in sellable condition, a refund will be issued. Should the product be incomplete, damaged, or otherwise unsellable The Wargaming Company may decline to issue a refund, in full or in part.
Shipping costs are considered to be separate from the purchase price of the product and will be refunded at the discretion of The Wargaming Company.
The Wargaming Company will refund the purchase price of the defective product(s) either in the form it was received, by the issuance of a store credit, or by another similar method, at the discretion of The Wargaming Company.
The Wargaming Company will refund the purchase price of the product(s) minus any processing fees that were incurred when the product(s) order was placed.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once the order has shipped, any return, exchange, or refund will fall under the respective policies articulated.
If a customer requests to cancel an order prior to it shipping, either the whole order or to revise it so as to remove product(s) from it, The Wargaming Company will refund the purchase price of the relevant product(s) minus any payment processing fees incurred when the order was placed. Shipping fees will be treated similarly.
