We have resumed shipping to Australia and New Zealand via an alternative carrier. Customers in Australia who have not already received a shipping notification should receive one within the next seven days. Transit time appears to be running approximately 3-4 weeks currently.

We are currently testing alternative carrier services to Australia and New Zealand to address the USPS service stoppage to those countries. If these test shipments are successful anticipate resuming regular shipping to Australia and New Zealand in December.

While TWC normally ships all international packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS) we are investigating alternative carriers due to the delays and service suspensions reported by USPS. Our initial inquiries from private carriers have received quotes 4-8x the USPS International Priority Mail rates.
We are continuing to investigate alternative options.
International Shipping Issues: 27 September 2021
As of 17 September 2021, USPS has updated the list of international destinations to which they have temporarily halted delivery service due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you have a pending order scheduled to be shipped to a country impacted by this temporary halt of delivery service, The Wargaming Company, LLC will hold your shipment until the temporary halt is lifted and ship it at that time. Customers may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment by e-mailing us and requesting such.
The current list of destination countries to which service has been temporarily suspended may be found on the USPS website.
Please note that some other countries, not listed by USPS, have declined to deliver packages and returned them to the sender with little to no information. If your order is returned to us, we will e-mail you directly to followup once we receive the returned shipment.
