Hi David,
I was wondering what is/are the next campaign book(s) for ESR that you are working on and their expected release dates? I am reading through all of the current ones and I am having a brilliant time doing so.Â
Thanks!Â

Glad to hear it!
We haven't made any public announcement about the next title to be released, but we do have a couple in the works (in various stages). Don't worry, we'll make some noise about it when we announce 😉

Thanks David. Looking forward to any new releases.
Talking of new releases and campaign books, have you tried play testing rules for playing battles over multiple tables akin to how Snappy Nappy does this? I think ESR's rules and approach can be very suited to this type of games as well.Â

Sorry I didn't catch this question! The only thing that gets a bit odd with playing ESR over vast distances – which is really what multiple tables are – is that delays in order transmission/activation are capped at one hour which when the game area is scaled up to a space that might be tens of miles in each direction doesn't make any sense and needs to be lengthened. Short of that, there aren't really any issues caused by playing the system "as is" with the standing mechanics. Pending the particulars players may find that there can be a need for adding an external mechanic for scouting and movements outside the enemy's area of operations.

@David: Thanks. Yes I think the rules are quite well-suited to playing over multiple tables with a few minot tweaks - the order transmission lag can certainly be easily extended depending on the distance between the commanders.
I really like the system you have created and I am looking forward to finally putting it to a test with my gaming group soon and to seeing more releases coming out soon (your campaign books are just fabulous!).Â
Merry Christmas and happy new year!Â
