sorry to enquire again on things - but is there any further news on when stats for "late-war" period will come out - i have been waiting since the release of ESR 3rd edition for details to use the game for 1813 scenarios and still am not able to do so,

We haven't released anything further. Most of our resources have been tied up getting our new ESR Miniatures line launched and shipping. We've also got a handful of related things in the works but we're not able to announce those just yet.
Many of the Mid War stats are applicable (perhaps not comprehensively?) to the Late War, i.e. there should probably a broader mix of quality amongst the French army (for instance) in 1813 than in 1812, but a portion of the French army in 1813 performed similarly and so could use those same stats. Beyond that for the most part you should be able to extrapolate plausible stats from the wide variety that we have published.

okay thanks for your reply - regarding the miniatures, so are these out yet at all, or still in pre-order? i see there are some 2nd edition era miniatures still out there around - - were there any prussian army packs made? i am looking for some 10mm miniatures

Yes, they began shipping a month ago – we've posted a ton of information about them linked off the front page of our website and our news page but the most comprehensive place to look is ESR Miniatures Central including 3rd-party reviews, an overview of how they are being manufactured, which nationalities we started with, what other nationalities we've developed and their status of release, and a fairly comprehensive FAQ. I'd also encourage you to consider signing up for our e-mail list to get such news and announcements.

okay cool - hmm thats odd, i am sure when i was looking at miniatures on the site the other day, everything was in terms of being just pre-order. - even the order button said "pre-order" instead of order, hence why i ask, but now when i look it says order
