Simple clarification, at the 1" = 100 yards scale, the reformation area is 9" from the rear of the battle waves, is that 9" measured from the back of the reformation area game piece or the front of it with respect to the rear of the battle waves?
This may have been answered elsewhere but couldn't find it.

900 yards from the rear battle wave to the front of the Reformation Area so the intervening space between the two is 900 yards (9" in the 1"=100 yard scale).
