Can’t seem to find it in the rulebook - maybe we’re blind. But we’re assuming the trait matches the second ed. +3 deployment modifier for cavalry formations?
In ESR Second Edition there was a deployment modifier for Cavalry on the Ploy/Deploy table, but with ESR Series 3 this was changed to a Formation Trait. You can find it on the Stat Cards and on the Composition Guides online noted for the appropriate Formations, but the short version is: if a Formation has Rapid Deployment it receives an additional 1D6 when rolling to deploy, and the Trait isn't only available to Cavalry.
