I have searched through the new Series 3 book and have been unable to find anything about unit sizes. I am doing some rebasing from an older set of rules.Â
Does unit size mean anything in Series 3?Â
I can't see anything where it matters in the rules.

We've largely dropped the optional variable Unit (base) sizes in Series 3. A big consideration is whether a bigger Unit (or smaller Unit) has more/less staying power (a small better trained, hardened Unit may stick around when a huge Unit of conscripts runs), not so much whether it takes up more or less room. The staying power of Units can be modified by addressing their individual Cohesion Values or by using Formation Trait Cards like Big Battalions.
