How would British rockets be calculated into the Artillery &Skirmishing phase?

Honestly, we intentionally excluded them. The only major engagement I'm aware of them being used in is Leipzig, so the present thinking is that when we develop the subsequent 1813 Campaign Guide which included Leipzig, we'll determine 1) if a special case rule is necessary/appropriate and 2) how best to model it.

The core problem with them is they weren't/aren't generally thought to have been effective or accurate. So it makes them difficult to treat as related to other artillery which was pretty consistent and predictable.

True… forgot the same battery is there – under a different officer I think? I'm not familiar with their effectiveness there. With it being such an oddball and rare circumstance, it is a perfect topic for a house rule or special case rule for the [two] scenarios that involve it.
