Somariva’s Right Column. When do they come on? All I see is “unknown”.

That is in error. There should be a statement in the game host briefing that indicates they arrived at 7PM historically but that similar to the Saxon arrival, the game host should feel encouraged to alter their arrival.
This was subsequently corrected in the Special Rules & Conditions.
