In the OOB it says all of Vandames troop are Bavarian, however they more correspond to Wurttemburgers. Is the Artillery also Wurttembuger?

You're correct, the designation along the left column is incorrect, those marked as Bavarians are actually Württmbergers (the Uniform Guide is correct).
